These Terms of Service govern access to scrapegraph.lol and related services. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

Account access is provided through Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing periods, plan features, and credit allowances are shown before checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the selected interval until the subscription is canceled. One-time credit packs do not create a subscription.

Taxes may apply based on your location. Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by applicable law and the terms presented during checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate laws, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or website terms; access systems without authorization; distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content; bypass technical safeguards for unlawful purposes; interfere with the service or other users; or resell access unless expressly authorized.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of scraped or extracted data is lawful and permitted.

Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the service, address security or legal issues, or maintain infrastructure. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

Intellectual property

The site design, software, documentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of our service or third-party materials.

You retain rights in data you lawfully provide, subject to the rights of others.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for validating extracted data before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrapeGraphAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Termination and governing terms

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time and may manage subscription cancellation through the available billing tools.

Any provision found unenforceable will be limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
